The other day, I was sitting in the rocking chair, feeding Liam, and Kae got home from school. Liam turned his head around so fast when he heard his sister, and she came right over, they met each other with large grins on their faces. It happens every day. It is one of my favorite things to see, I realized that the other day. I am so lucky, and so blessed to have two children who love each other so much that they are both thrilled to see each other at the end of the day (and weekend when Kae gets home from her dads.) I just had to share, because it is incredible, the feeling I get in that moment.
